Whether you’re buying a beautifully curated gift box or a personalized self-care journal or any other item, by placing an order you agree to these terms—so have a quick read!
2. Orders
2.1 All items are made or packed with love and care, depending on availability.
2.2 You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is placed. That doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it just yet—it just means we’ve received it.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (like stock issues or errors), and if that happens, you’ll get a full refund.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3.2 Prices may change from time to time, but don’t worry—if you’ve already placed and paid for an order, your price stays locked in.
3.3 We do our best to avoid mistakes, but if something slips through (like a pricing error), we’ll contact you and either fix it or refund you if needed.
4. Payment
4.1 We require full payment when you place your order—no pay later, sorry!
4.2 We never store your payment info. That’s handled by our payment providers using encryption and good ol' security best practices.
5. Shipping & Turnaround Times
5.1 We ship throughout South Africa.
5.2 Personalized items take time — please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to create your item.
5.3 We'll provide tracking once your parcel is on its way!
5.4 We can’t be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6.2 If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please email us within 7 days at beyondtheseasons.info@gmail.com with photos.
6.3 We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement where applicable within 14 working days of assessment.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders can’t be canceled once placed, as most items are made to order.
7.2 If you made a mistake and need help, reach out to us within 24 hours—we’ll do our best to assist, but can’t guarantee approval.
7.3 Refunds (if granted) will be processed within 14 working days.
8. Product Quality & Warranty
8.1 All our items are handmade or carefully selected with love.
8.2 We guarantee that your order leaves us in perfect condition. If something’s not right, get in touch.
8.3 We can’t cover damage due to misuse or if the item has been altered.

9.1 We can’t be held responsible for indirect or unexpected damages from the use of our site or products.
